Greed

"Seize every opportunity, everything belongs to you."

Greed is the concept of wanting more than one needs, for either personal gain or survival. Greed is fostering your environment to your benefit in more ways than one. It pushes the idea of selfish altruism in which helping others will ultimately benefit oneself. She has amassed a wealth of knowledge and artifacts which she hoards and lends to others on occasion, all for the benefit of increasing her ever expanding collection. On top of her ever growing treasury, Greed has bestowed the highest amount of artifacts to mortals among all the Fundamentals. Each of them are wild in their effects, for her legendary artifacts are acquired from civilizations that rise and fall throughout history.

Greed takes the form of a Jade Dragonfolk, being the first of the Jade Dragons. All of her descendants share the same greenish colored hair and jadeite scales. However her divine form is a mix of a dragon and a dung beetle, not being complete figures of both. She seems to have a plethora of weapons upon her back, attempts upon her life as she ascends into godhood, treasures she kept as a reminder of her most precious possession: her life. Such ascension would not be available without Curiosity however. Greed's personal preferred weapon is the glaive.

Greed occasionally meddles in the affairs of mortals by anonymously commissioning the creation of libraries and public schools, only to further push the development and expansion of cities. Greed believes that educated followers would lead to greater worship. Greed is extremely influential within the Jade Empire. All of their monarchs descend from her, they tend to be demigods or at the very least a Heavenspawn of Greed's descent. Snakefolk, Lizardfolk, and the dragons themselves consider Greed to be the superior Fundamental, and as such, their communities tend to worship her and her alone.

Blessings

Greed favors cunning folks who have a penchant for business as well as philanthropy, one who would be willing to risk big to gain big. She expects her followers to participate in the continuous flow of coins and the overall economy, ensuring everyone contributes one way or another to society. Her followers tend to be merchants, bankers and entrepreneurs.

Greed only gives her chosen a minor boost in physical and magical capabilities. Her true gifts are 5 rings that bestow various abilities, and though the users of the rings could not use it themselves, they can lend said powers unto others they deem worthy. Investing in the right people is a powerful ability on its own.

Domain of Greed

Greed's Domain focuses on transmutation and alchemy, creating something new from something completely different. Greed's Domain also includes the ability to stockpile sources of Magic, whether it be in one's own body or through some other form of catalyst.

Dragons gain access to different types of breath. There exist dragons whose breath spews gold and turns all it burns into statues of gold.

Path of Greed

"Everything is an investment, some take longer than others to grow."

"If you want one year of prosperity, grow grain. If you want 10 years of prosperity, grow trees. If you want 100 years of prosperity, grow people."

"If you save the green mountain, you will not worry about having no firewood to burn."

"Seize every opportunity, do not be afraid of losses, we always stand to gain something."
