Wrath

"Rage, rage against the dying of the light."

Wrath is mankind's first legendary hero, though his identity and accomplishments have been lost to the passage of time. He stands for righteous justice, and helps the downtrodden to achieve their goals. Wrath is the only Fundamental that is able to tear down the veil between the realm of divinity and the realm of mortals. When someone angers him enough, or if he witnesses a great enough injustice, he is able to shatter through reality. However, this produces spatial scars within the world, allowing otherworldly beings to enter easily. Few have tried to challenge Wrath, and those who did were in turn granted his respect for daring to do so.

Unlike most of the other Fundamentals, Wrath was once a human, and thus he does not possess a Divine form, as he prefers to appear as a human. Wrath also carries with him the horns of the Bull of Heaven. Some say that slaying this mighty beast elevated him to divinity. In truth, the Bull of Heaven was the previous fundamental of Wrath, who he dethroned him to conquer death during the cusp of the Age of Myth, and was forced to take his mantle after. The irony have it that he would fall for death later on, also known nowadays as Kindness. Unlike most of the other gods, Wrath doesn't have a weapon of choice, instead relying on his fists alone.

Blessings

Wrath supports people who are oppressed in achieving their objectives and is an advocate for moral justice. He favors those who challenge established norms and power structures in an effort to bring about change. Because he was once a mortal, Wrath has taken a more direct approach to godhood, interfering in human affairs and even exacting his own punishment onto the wicked. Although he has recently taken a backseat, as his interference causes chaos within the Familiar Lands.

Wrath does not answer prayers in a traditional sense, he does not help others unless he considers the idea to be worthy of his time. In fact, he's known to punish those who pray to him in excess. Even now he doesn't really consider himself to be a god, and would rather be treated like another human instead. Wrath followers tend to be independent souls, rebels, revolutionaries and warriors. His cults tend to be berserkers and anarchists, trying to topple the system. He still keeps an eye on his followers and Clerics even with all of his godly duties.

His blessing is the ability to elevate one’s strength and speed through rage, becoming stronger the angrier and more wounded they become, allowing them to push past their limits. The secondary blessing Wrath bestows upon his Chosen Knight is the ability to become stronger from near death experiences, for what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.

Domain of Wrath

Wrath's Domain focuses on physically enhancing Magic, used to surpass one's natural limitations and become imbued with righteous fury. It's been documented that Wrath's Domain also focuses on survivability, those who practice it are able to function normally when most would have died.

Path of Wrath

"Mete out justice yourself, do not count upon others to do your work, rage against the world that broke you."

"An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, a life for a life. Be sure that you are willing to live a life with only a fraction of yourself if you wish to drown yourself in wrath."

"Do not let others dictate your fate, rage against those who would seek to put you down, rise to the occasion."

"Do not go gentle into that good night."
