Eclipse Empire

Built beneath the Tsardom of Baruska lies the Nox Populi (Night People) that built the Eclipse Empire. The Nox are notorious elves that runs a cruel Empire. They ravaged the few fertile farmlands that the Tsardom has to offer, forcing Baruska into a famine, and the push to conquer other lands. Currently, the Eclipse Empire tries to bolster their numbers and logistical prowess via slaves taken from around the Familiar Lands. They are extremely powerful at sorcery.
