Hoardtaker
The Oathsworns of Greed. Collector of relics and treasures, the Hoardtaker embodies the very principle they venerate. With a visage reminiscent of a dragon and a tendency to assign significance to everything they observe. They evaluate their value in a purely physical sense, based on accumulated possessions. They transport their treasures wherever they go; if they become too burdensome, they employ a wagon, and if that proves inadequate, they command a full convoy to carry their hoard. Every treasure distributed constitutes an investment, and every coin expended must ultimately yield a result. Their treasures may slow them down, but it only pushes their desire to guard them further.
The Hoardtaker strength is somehow related to their monetary value. The more possessions they have, the stronger they become, some may be able to challenge a Chosen in terms of combat prowess. The magical relics they collected are always utilized, making the Oathsworn an unpredictable opponent.
Among the Oathsworns, Hoardtakers possess the most adaptable moral code, as their actions can be swayed by sufficient financial motivation. They prefer to eschew short-term profits whenever feasible and consider the ramifications of their decisions with great scrutiny. Ultimately, they would prefer to avoid severing ties. Hoardtakers consider dragons to be sacred animals and often find themselves befriending or serving one.
Oathbreaking Acts
Altruism for the sake of altruism; Nothing should be provided without compensation; there must be a fundamental motive, or it is an unnecessary expense, and no one despises waste more than Greed herself.
Abandoning treasures; Whether one considers a person a treasure or a magical relic altogether, leaving them to the mercy of fate would be an insult to Greed, who would then discard you as you have discarded her teachings.
Tribulations
SEEING GOLD: A strange ability that Hoardtakers possess is that they are able to see the 'price' of a person by a glow only visible to them. This leads them to judge others unfairly sometimes by simply how they glow to them.
DO NOT TOUCH IT: Damaging their possessions causes them significant distress and may result in physical discomfort comparable to being struck in the stomach, depending on the item's value. There have been instances where a Hoardtaker has succumbed to a fatal heartbreak.
POOR PERFORMANCE IN GROUPS: Although Hoardtakers are capable of cooperating with other Oathsworn, conflicts often arise when two Hoardtakers are paired together. Having an additional Hoardtaker at this event would result an all-out battle royal among participants.
