Mythril

Highly coveted metal, extremely light for the amount of protection it provides; it is also a great conductor for magics. Very few Elves still possess the knowledge to forge this material, as most have simply forgotten how. Spellswords will go out of their way to acquire a blade made of mythril, and there are conventions held for mythril enthusiasts to show their collection. Because of its rarity, it's also used as Currency in the famously enchanted mythril medals, only used by the wealthy nobles and states.

It's sparse in Great Europa, but much more common within the Hand of Avalon, housing most of the elves. It is believed that Chastity was the one to teach them how to create mythril, because of their drive and determination to create an armor similar to the radiating one he dons, but always failing. Alessio Casian, being from a wealthy family, is able to afford mythril for his prosthetic limbs; though the main reason is that he finds the alloy quite beautiful, its properties are only a bonus.
