Mirari
Mirari, also known as Mirror Knights, are the Oathsworn of Envy. Perfectionists with ambitions that match their vanity, they have the uncanny ability to copy techniques and spells thrown against them, though they must maintain line of sight to them; after all, they are simply the mirror of those who dare to stand in front of them. They often find themselves mimicking people's speech patterns and body gestures. Driven by obsession, if they are defeated by their adversary and manage to survive they will obsessively pursue and study the victor, devising strategies to secure the victory in their next competition. A Mirari would frequently defend their adversary from other threats, as they must be the ones to defeat them; no one else will suffice. The Mirari's visage is like molten glass, reflective and easily molded but incredibly dangerous.
The Mirari would undergo the most mutations and "improvements" to their bodies in order to achieve the highest level of excellence. They would have engaged in a diverse array of rituals and consumed a significant quantity of performance-enhancing equipment or drugs. Despite their inability to preserve the techniques they emulate, they are quite formidable due to their own strength, though they will never admit it. Mirari's armor and shield are easily mended by their willpower, they tend to shatter a lot during tough battles. Mirari's mirrorshields use specially made tempered glass strengthened by runes and enchantments. Not as sturdy as Adamantine but surpasses hardened steel, it is known to crack when reflecting the image of extremely powerful foes
Oathbreaking Acts
A Mirari must have an ambition, an obsession. If they do not have something to work towards, or someone to rival they are considered indolent and unworthy.
Self Satisfaction is forbidden. Accepting yourself means accepting stagnation, your body is a vessel for constant growth.
Taking the easy way out. Your rivals must be defeated in a way that shows you are undisputedly better than them, your goals achieved in an honorable way.
Tribulations
I AM WORTHLESS: Mirari have a complex that can only be described as existence dysmorphia, where they always measure themselves against everyone and always find themselves lacking. They are completely blind to their own beauty.
ARE WE TRULY FRIENDS?: Seeing nearly everybody as competition makes it difficult to forge true friendships and keeping their guards down.
UNAVOIDABLE GAZE: When donning the armor, the Oathsworn could only see through the eyes and reflection of others. Meaning they will always see themselves. This new perspective requires lots of training and adjustment to get used to.
