Woolslug

Woolslugs are, as the name implies, hairy snail-like creatures. They are kept around for their wool and the nutrient-rich eggs that they lay. Often also just kept as pets, they are naturally warm and eat the snow around them, making them very handy around the house to avoid it being buried during heavy snowstorms and winters. They get most of the nutrients they need from the water and various organic materials in the snow, able to wipe clean an entire area if left to their duty.
