Dangler

Danglers can either be submerged underwater or under the black mud of Humility's Realm, dangling their bait awaiting their prey. They are powerful illusionists and their bait will always resemble their victim’s loved ones, prompting the prey to act often times irrationally, and that is when the Dangler would strike and swallow their prey whole.

Danglers are nigh undetectable when they are in their ambush state, and they seem to be coated with some sort of shadowy substance that makes nigh invisible.
